Vacuum Casting /RTV Casting/PU Casting has special requirement about the experience and skill of its performer. In the same Vacuum casting project, different Performers with different skill and experience may feel a lot of difference about its material cost, labor cost and production time in the processing. To some degree, It is the experience and skill of Vacuum Casting Performer who determine whether we can control cost and avoid defect VCM parts. Since Vacuum casting process is mainly adopted in Low Volume Production, even 1pcs defect part appear in Production, it means that high defect rate appear in a LVP Project. This is absolutely not acceptable by Mr.Elon Musk in Tesla Inc. and SPACEX
