CAR & SHIP SILICONE RUBBER DESCRIPTION:
Silicone rubber for car and ship is a kind of two-component addition silicone material, consisted of part A and part B of flowable rtv silicone rubber, which can be cured at room temperature or heated fast curing. It is a additional liquid silicone material with many features, such as excellent temperature resistance, high tear strength, non-toxic and odorless, not restricted by the thickness of products, depth curing, pouring or brushing, easy and convenient operation. 

CAR & SHIP SILICONE RUBBER APPLICATION:

It is a kind of polymer silicone rubber for car and ship mold making with high translucent, excellent temperature resistance, not restricted by the thickness of products. It is specially used for making molds, such as tire mold , auto parts mold, precision parts mold, yacht shell mold and all kinds of prototyping mold for car and ship.

CAR & SHIP SILICONE RUBBER CHARACTERISTIC:
1. Not restricted by the thickness of the products, depth curing

2. Excellent chemical resistance, temperature resistance performance can reach -50 ~ 250 ℃
3. Low shrinkage (≤0.1%)

4. High tensile strength, tear strength, can be used for hundreds of times
5. Good liquidity, easy for pouring; it can be cure at room temperature or heating

CAR & SHIP SILICONE RUBBER OPERATION:
1. Mold’s surface cleaning: Deal with the original mold to be smooth. Then, we can brush or spray the release agent on the surface of the mold, and the release agent can be detergent, soapy water and Vaseline.
2.Mix part A and part B with the mix ratio of 1:1 by manually or equipment.
3. Vacuum pumping: for releasing the air bubbles, after mixing evenly, put the mixture into the vacuum machine. When only use small amount of silicone rubber, it can be operated in the vacuum dryer, under vacuum, the volume of silicone rubber will increase 4 ~ 5 times, therefore, the container for silicone rubber shall be 4 ~ 5 times larger than the volume of silicone rubber. In normally, the operation of vacuum pumping last 3-5 minutes. It should be no more than 10 minutes. 

4. Make silicone molds for car or ship by pouring way. When put the silicone mold under 120±5℃, it will be cured in about 30 minutes; when put it under 60～70℃, it will be cured in 2～3 hours. And the curing time will be 8-12 hours under room temperature. The curing temperature and curing time can be adjustable according to the operation conditions.

CAR & SHIP SILICONE RUBBER NOTES:
1.As it is easy to cause uncure problem for car&ship silicone rubber, please clean up all the tools which had mixed with condensation cure silicone rubber before use to avoid this kind of problem.
2.Viscosity, operation time, hardness can be adjusted according to the individual requirement.
3.Do not add water, organic tin catalyst, acids, alkali and other organic compounds containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen, as they can affect the process of curing.
